No. While men are required to wear bottoms, women have the option. If you want to wear bottoms and a bra, just make sure they are dark so they don't get stained by the bronzer.

Avoid getting your skin wet or sweating. Wait the appropriate amount of time (rapid tans take less time), and then rinse with no soap. Avoid exfoliating your skin and long hot showers or baths. Always pat your skin dry and don't forget to moisturize!
